Bhubaneswar: Top Cop Ashish Kumar Singh has been appointed as Inspector General (IG) in Indo Tibetan Border Police(ITBP).
2004 Batch IPS Shri Singh has been assigned the post by Union Government in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
MHA has notified his appointment on 6 December, which allows Shri Singh a ‘Five Year’ tenure in the Central Police Organization (CPO).
MHA has requested Government of Odisha to immediately relieve Shri Singh to take up his new assignment at the Centre, notification added.
