Bhubaneswar: Bishnupada Sethi, Principal Secretary, Language, Literature and Culture, STSC Development and SSEPD has released a Devotional book ‘Bhakti Aarghya’ written by Prafulla Mahalik. Shri Sethi, himself an author of repute appreciated efforts of Shri Mahalik.
Shri Mahalik is an eminent writer, novelist, poet and has authored a large number of books.
For his outstanding contribution in the field of literature, fiction and poetry for over three decades, Mr. Shri Mahalik has been honored by various prestigious institutions and been conferred with the title of Child Chariot.
Shri Mahalik has composed seven books of poems. A resident of Jajpur, is a retired District Social Welfare Officer.
