Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today joined in a massive rally organized here to celebrate the ‘Ghare Ghare Triranga Abhiyan’.
Holding a National Flag, the Chief Minister took out in the march, which started from Lingaraj Temple to Mukteshwar Temple here this morning. Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida and Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja also participated in the event.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that this campaign is succeeding in tying all of us in the thread of love for the country.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, Principal Secretary Information & Public Relations Sanjay Kumar Singh and others joined the National Program.
“He said that the national flag carries a lot of honor and glory for our country and every individual of India. It is the symbol of our country. Our national flag is the Triranga. The three colors of the Triranga inspire us with ideals of respect and harmony.
Our national flag is mute spectator of our determination, struggle and sacrifice for the county. It is also a symbol of national unity, tolerance and friendship. Every citizen feels proud of our national flag, Shri Majhi said.
The Chief Minister also said that on the occasion of the 75th Independence day and Azadi Ka Amrit Utsav, the Government of India launched the campaign ‘Ghar Ghar Tiranga’ in honor of our national flag on August 15, 2022.
Every year, a few days before the celebration of Independence Day, Triranga Abhiyan is organized from house to house to awaken the love of caste in the minds of the countrymen, he pointed out.
At the call of our beloved Prime Minister Narendra Modi, every Indian living in any corner of the country is participating in this campaign and is showing patriotism by hoisting our national flag in their houses, the CM stated.
Referring to today’s march, he said, “Triranga Padayatra has inspired all of us to bond with patriotism. If we all come together and work together, we can achieve success in life. We can contribute to the glory of the country and nation.”
Stating that “we are all bound by the thread of unity and guided by the mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Biswas, Sabka Prayas”, the Chief Minister called upon every individual to contribute for the development of the country.
