Chicago: Renowned spiritual leader, Guruji Chandra Bhanu Satpathy, mesmerized devotees at the Sai Sandhya cultural program held here at Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Hampshire, Chicago, USA.
The event, which showcased soulful bhajans and classical dance performances, was a celebration of the spiritual legacy of Shirdi Saibaba.
Guruji Dr. Satpathy while reminiscing about the beginnings of the Sai Movement worldwide, highlighted how the Sai Movement world wide has been started from Chicago where he joined the Sai Utsav in 2000.
From there, the movement gained momentum, spreading from one city to another, including Minneapolis, Huston, and Bellevue. To foster a sense of unity and devotion, devotees embarked on a transformative Shirdi Sai Jatra, where they carried Baba’s photo in a van, connecting with people and building a strong community.
This faith-inspired journey led to the establishment of numerous temples, eventually fueling the global expansion of the Sai movement.
On this occasion, Guruji Dr. Satpathy felicitated the Trustee of chicago temple by presenting stole of Shirdi Sai Global Foundation. The Sai Sandhya program was enriched with the soulful renditions of Shri Guru Bhagwat and Sai bhajans by the prominent singers Antara Chakraborty and Ananya Mongia. Their performances filled the air with devotional fervor.
Guruji Dr. Satpathy’s presence and words of wisdom was a source of inspiration, further igniting the flame of devotion in the hearts of the attendees.
