BJP Cells For Support

BJP has called upon its candidates for the upcoming general elections, and the people in general to take help of the newly created Legal and Electoral Cell of the Party for necessary consultation and also in case they come across any instance of violation of the Model Code of Conduct.

 
BJP Media Chief Golak Mohapatra said here today that the Legal and the Electoral Cell has started functioning with Party Vice President Samir Mohanty as its Head. Retired Officer Sudarshan Nayak and Party Legal Cell Convener Rabishankar Patnaik are respectively Chief Coordinator and Coordinator of the Cell, informed Mr.Mahapatra.
 
He said that a host of legal experts are also there in the Legal Cell to aid and advise the candidates and the people in meeting their issues.
 
Candidates and the people in general have been advised to mail their complaint to bjpodishamcc@gnail.com and contact over the toll-free No.1800-345-7250 or.
 
Mr.Mohapatra said cases of violation of the Model Code of Conduct are normally sent to State Electoral Officer, District Collector and the SP of the concerned district.
 
The complaints which need to be sent to the Chief Electoral Officer and the Election Commissioner should be sent through the email along with photographs wherever necessary.
 
For any legal advice on election itself in particular, contact should be made directly over the Mobile: 85951-12200, Mr.Mohapatra has requested.
 
He also said that immediate action will be taken if complaints as to transaction of money in the election are made directly to 18003457160.
 
Mr.Mohapatra said, written complaints, photos and videos may also be sent to the Election Commission through the cVigil app of the Election Commission of India  for immediate action.
