Mantra For Budding IAS

Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy has advised the IAS probationers to use their experience about Covid-19 crisis for innovative approaches in future.

Mr.Tripathy said this in an interactive session with a group of probationers who came to meet him in Lokseba Bhawan recently.

Mr.Tripathy said, "You all have got firsthand experience of an unprecedented crisis of very large size. Such a crisis is quite unusual during our time. Have a feel of the management of this crisis at ground zero level; and, use your experience for innovation for any such possible crisis in future”.

Chief Secretary further added, “You all are lucky to have got a chance to work in Odisha. Here Governance is strong and approach is ‘delivery oriented’. You have a wider scope for innovation in the State. You will get support and strength for any citizen centric transparent decisions”.

Six IAS probationers namely Anya Das, Manoj Mahajan, Goaurav Isaleswar, Adity Goel, Sachin Pawar and Akshya Agrawal discussed with Chief Secretary in this session and shared their observations about recent corona crisis.

These IAS officers belong to the States like Odisha, Maharashtra and Jharkhand. As per available information, they have been deputed to the districts like Ganjam, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur and Puri.
