Misgovernance Hits People

State Congress President Niranjan Patnaik said that People of Odisha are suffocated with misgovernance of BJD in the state for more than 18 years.

They are deprived of basic facilities, where as the party in power is looting thousands of crores in the name of so many development schemes, alleged he.

Everybody is aware of the fact how the State Government handled the situation during and aftermath of cyclone TITLI.

Crores are spent for Food Security, but many in the rural have no ration card yet. Even those who have don’t get food grains on regular basis.

Huge amount is spent in healthcare schemes, but many are suffering from various diseases and have no money for better treatment.

Where Media is highlighting these issues, government officers are simply saying, they have no information and now on they will take care of it.

So this is the real picture how the state govt. is taking care of the people, alleges Mr. Pattnaik, President, PCC, Odisha.

In a press release he said, recently ‘C VOTER’ survey shows BJD popularity is drastically decreasing.

If Lok Sabha election is held now, BJD will get only 6 seats out of 21. On the other hand congress is slowly regaining its ground.

Even BJP is losing its ground all over India. In Uttar Pradesh if SP-BSP alliance becomes reality, then NDA will go down to 261, the survey report says.

But at the same time popularity of Congress President Rahul Gandhi is increasing.

This is a warning bell both for BJD and BJP, says Niranjan.
